Sponsored Walk 2009

Sunday, 28th June 2009: Sponsored Walk in aid of the Irish Sudden Infant Death Association (ISIDA)

This years walk is being organised by Paul Farrell, who has chosen this particular charity because of a work colleague of his whose nephew died due to this condition.

The walk will commence at 10:15am from Bray Dart Station and will take a route along the Bray-Greystones cliff path to Greystones and back again. Participants should ensure they are equipped with strong boots, rain gear, drinks and lunch on the day.

Who are ISIDA?

I.S.I.D.A. offers support to families bereaved by the sudden, unexpected and often unexplained death of an infant or young child and to others affected by it. The Association offers information on Sudden Infant Death to families, professionals, the media and the public, and promotes research into the causes and prevention of Sudden Infant Death.

Please help ISIDA and its work either by participating in the walk, or making a donation. Sponsorship cards are available from Paul Farrell who can be contacted on 01-4933300. Further information on ISIDA is available on their web site at www.isida.ie.

Thank you, Paul Farrell
